How To Do Sagi MUKI's Chop O-Soto

If you have never seen this type of two on one O-Soto-Gari before, it can be devastating at the start of a gripping exchange.  Your opponent doesn't have any hands on you so it is nearly impossible to counter.  It is much easier to apply than you would expect and feels very similar to your classic O-Soto-Gari as you are entering the technique.
